Outfit deets:
* Dynamite lace top (with an old Dynamite tube top underneath) which you've seen in my Fall Fashion vlog & with similar pants and similar shoes (but not the same). Kind of bummed I didn't get a picture of the back of this top, it's a v-neck in the back with a zipper running all the way down.
* Nitrogen Signature pants which you've seen a few years ago with a striped top (love this look) and also with a cape & white opaque nails (and my fave ankle boots which sadly no longer look that new!).
* Payless shoes which you've seen with a purple dress, a purple top & with a peach tiered skirt in the summer.
* Accessories: Suzy necklace, Auslini bangle & Swarovski skinny bangle.

This weekend I'm heading to Mont. Tremblant which should be a blast. Additionally, I have a ton of laundry to get to, need to edit and upload a recent haul video (still), but have been making some small changes around my apartment (oops, I was supposed to take you along for that ride...) which is refreshing! I'll share some pictures next week and if anyone has any requests for videos (my YouTube channel HERE), please leave a comment below.

* Sorry for the 'meh' quality pictures of late. The weather is crap here (tons of snow and freaking freezing) and I just can't drag myself outside, without a jacket like I used to. It's too cold, so until it gets a bit warmer (or I take another trip south), this will have to be good enough. Thank you all so much for reading along!

Old Navy top, F21 skirt (last seen here), Guess heels (last seen here), Givenchy tights, H&M necklace, MK bracelet & F21 bangleI finally wore this top after raving about it in my Boxing Day shopping video (okay fine, I wore it for an evening in one time, but that doesn't really count) and sure enough, I wasn't the only one that loved it. Tons-o-compliments and I think it's just because it's so pretty, almost unexpected and I paired it with the girly skirt. This is major girly-ness happening over here, and I kind of love it. It's fun to dress feminine and really girly, for me anyways.
So, as I type this, I'm sitting at the airport (how cool is that?!) waiting for my flight. I have some snacks packed to deter me from eating plane food (but I have to admit, I secretly kind of like it) and I'm pretty pumped I will be in Florida by this afternoon. However, another reason as to why I'm even more excited for today? I'm meeting Jamie from GlamLatte in Florida! It was by total fluke that this is supposed to work out and we are both looking forward to it. Basically, she is flying out and I am flying in, we're making our paths cross at the airport in order to have lunch and officially meet. After two years of emailing, skyping and being BBFF's, it's about time! Exciting! I'll be sure to share photos.

Another episode of 'This or That'! You guys killed it in the comments section of my first post like this so I'm making this a reoccuring post. I love hearing your opinions (some were good, some were like, 'I don't like that skirt - sorry,' and that's totally cool! We can't all like everything everyone wears, the thing that matters is that the wearer loves it and feels good).
Oh, and someone asked me if I wore the last TOT outfit to work, and the answer is yes. Almost all my outfits on my blog are worn to work and I love getting creative with them.
This week, I decided to go with the all-black look, monochromatic (something I've been know to do before...) to keep things seamless. However, the punch of a colour is sometimes nice in an otherwise colour-less outfit. Which shoes do you prefer?

Talk about saving. This is the first time I broke these boots out... and I bought them last year. Now, to my defense, I did get them in the dead of winter and with snow, slush and salt, suede isn't exactly your friend. Furthermore, as soon as the warm-ish weather cuts through the six-month long winter, I'm dying to put on anything other than boots. So when my girlfriend gasped at me for having new boots (what's the big deal anyways?), I told her they weren't new, I had bought them last year. Does that make sense though? When does something become not-new?

I did a photoshoot with a photographer friend a few months back which was really great. We met for breakfast and then did some shooting in various spots in the downtown core. The downside? It was pouring rain, almost the entire time. However, after the shoot we took part in some retail therapy which was quite rewarding.

I bought this skirt a couple of months ago and it was super on sale. I was so ecstatic about this find because I was searching for a lace skirt, and we all know how much I love tiers. I've been saving it for the perfect day and this outfit sprang to mind as I rushed around getting ready for work. In past years, I've been reluctant to wear black in the summertime, but this year I seem to be singing a different tune... and I quite like it.

When I saw this skirt during my thrifting excursion the night before Canada Day, I knew I had to have it. I zipped into the change room and zipped it up and it fit perfectly. I was ecstatic. Not only that, I just happened to go the day everything in the store was 50% off! I walked away with several items, including this fab, vintage lace skirt for $5.
