Outfit deets:
* Garage kimono sweater which you've seen in a sand colour and on the weekend (in the sand colour).
* Joe Fresh tank.

* Iro heels.
* Accessories: Urban Planet necklace, Gucci sunglasses, Aldo & Michael Kors bangles.
I know I'm wearing these shoes a lot, which is pretty unlike me as I like to rotate through as much as possible, but I can't get enough of them. You know they're good when you wear them multiple times per week and want to pair them with everything.
This is what I wore when I went out to Tennessy Willems the other night, but was coming from work so there was no outfit change. I cannot get enough of black on black and while I used to feel so strange wearing it in the summer, now I can't seem to get enough. Lately I have been gravitating towards neutrals and simple silhouettes; it's all I want to wear!
That said, I love being able to pair some of my warmer weather neutral pieces together to achieve a summer appropriate look. For instance, leather shorts (or a skirt like this) with a tank or white pants with a grey sleeveless blouse. I used to poke fun at my mom's wardrobe which is chronically black and white, and now, it seems I'm following directly in her footsteps!

Outfit deets:
* Ashley B faux leather jacket which you've seen multiple times with an all-grey ensemble, when I went to Montreal with my guy, and with my other favourite jeans of the moment (in a more casual look).
* Dynamite t-shirt.
* Chiqle denim which you've seen before I cut the bottoms off.
* Forever 21 heels from last summer which you've seen with a dress last fall.
* Accessories: Deux Lux bag (similar), Suzy Shier necklace, Call it Spring + H&M rings, Gucci shades, Swarovski & Forever 21 bangles.
Raw hem denim is having a serious affair with my heart. These are the second pair of jeans I've chopped at the ankles and I'm loving the look. It's a little edgy, a little chic and you can do it yourself within a minute. It's a quick way to push your personal fashion box and be slightly ahead of the curve (since this trend hasn't fully caught on yet).

Outfit deets:
* H&M sweater (new!).
* Spence chiffon top underneath (new!) and last seen for my best friend's baby shower.
* H&M faux leather leggings (new!).
* Aldo boots, my fave, which you've see a lot this year with magenta pants, a colour-blocked dress, a cheetah fur coat, and another look that feels very me.
* Accessories: Expressions necklace (from The Bay), Material Girl cuff & Suzy Shier ring.
I wore this outfit for my family birthday dinner back in February--it was one of those outfits I envisioned pictured myself wearing it to host our housewarming party (which will likely happen next month). Breezing around the space in a totally me ensemble, flowy yet edgy, topping up people's drinks and passing around food. That said, I couldn't wait that long and wore it for a different special occasion instead. Hopefully come April I can wear something a little more Spring-y and bright.
Speaking of condo, these photos were taken in our condo, pre-move in. The light was perfect and I wanted to capture a few outfits before we moved in and filled it with furniture and things. I'm still not unpacked, and have barely touched the second bedroom, but plan to chip away at it starting tonight--something I've been saying since Monday. Oh jeeze.

Outfit deets:
* Vero Moda top (new!).
* Zara pants (old) which you saw a year ago at my birthday dinner.
* Aldo heels--my favourite pumps right now that I wear at least twice a week. They are still available too in many sizes.
* Accessories: Le Chateau cuff, F21 necklace and Aldo & Spring midi rings.
I'm so excited to share these photos because I'm standing in my future kitchen. I've been dreaming of all the things I want to cook and how clean I will keep the refrigerator. Don't worry though, I'm sure that novelty will wear off real quick and we will be ordering take-out faster than you can say butter chicken.
As March quickly approaches, I'm starting to feel overwhelmed with all the stuff I have to do. I'm becoming super ruthless with items in my closet and the sell/consign/donate pile has grown (check out my closet sale here). That said, my apartment is suffering big time as it feels like I'm drowning in clothes--not a terrible problem, but still. I keep telling myself it's temporary because as of March 1st, I'm going to take any items that don't sell to my favourite consignment store.
We have decided to officially move in the weekend of March 8th and are in the process of doing some furniture shopping. We've decided on a beautiful platform bed and are on the cusp of sealing the deal on a sectional. I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself but mister man wants me to hold off on sharing photos until we are in and settled--but not to worry, I've got befores and afters coming your way soon!
As always, thanks for stopping by and sharing this piece of my life, the comments on my move post were so sweet and supportive. I feel I have real friends in you all, and I read every comment--now, who's coming to the housewarming!?

Outfit deets:
* Reitman's sweater (via Place d'Orleans) which is new and oh-so-cozy!
* Urban Planet leggings (new!) which I shared in my most recent Colour Pairings video.
* Aldo 'Klarr' boots which you've seen with magenta pants, burgundy pants and also when I showcased them in my Fall Fashion video / haul.
* Accessories: midi ring by Spring.
Struggling to figure out what to wear with faux leather leggings? How about a cozy sweater and some boots; quick and easy and completely pulled together.
These photos were taking in between filming my next PDO video on Sunday. The weather was quite chilly but ultimately it was a beautiful day with sunshine. So bummed the weekend is over; who lives for the weekend? Say I!
Voting is still going on for my nomination in the Made in Blog Awards and to be the face of Dynamite. Please click the links and vote for me, I would really appreciate it!
Thanks for reading! xo
Outfit deets:
* W118 by Walter Baker peplum top (from Winners; new! Here in red & blue).
* Mexx bubble skirt (old) which you've seen (a long time ago!) with a denim jacket & belted (this post is almost embarassing), and in my parent's garage & similarly in grey (on contrary, love this post).
* Zara heels (new!) which I've worn the heck out of in a matter of two weeks. I love these shoes so much and they are comfortable (way more comfy than my newest Prabal Gurung neon heels).
* Urban Expressions purse; I normally carry this purse only in the fall, but recently broke it out and am loving it for Spring.
* Accessories: Auslini bangle, H&M necklace & Gucci shades.
Happy Friday everyone!
Last night my bestie and I hit up Le Nordik nature spa, which is like an indoor/outdoor spa with tons of different baths (read: pools) that have different temperatures, various saunas, lounges, an infiniti pool, a restaurant, fire pits, bean bag chairs, hanging chairs, hammocks, and loung chairs distributed throughout the property, which is located in the the middle of a forest. It's stunning and beautiful, and oh-so-relaxing and it was my first time there. We spent the majority of our time in the hotter baths and experienced a really cool sauna aromatherapy show (I almost didn't last in there, it got that hot). After a few hours, we bunked up in our fluffy towels in the lounge and had some wine and gourmet appetizers (I tried a wild bison sausage and she had a roasted olive plate). I didn't snap any pictures as I left my phone in my locker and it was a night to disconnect and unwind; you know, without technology.
This weekend is a long one and I'm so glad it's finally here. The days seem to be filling up, which is so much fun because I love being busy, but with relaxing type plans, know what I mean?
Tonight I'm going on a date, tomorrow there is a shopping date with a girl friend, tomorrow night there a birthday party for another girl friend and on Sunday morning I'm getting together with a different girl friend for brunch. On Monday I have a volleyball pre-season practice for the upcoming session which starts next Thursday. See? Busy, but enjoyable, relaxed plans.
What are you up to this weekend? Have a great one!
