TRAVEL STYLE : SUEDE JACKET  |  OPEN BACK SWEATER -- ON SALE!  |  LEGGINGS  |  BOOTS  |  ALDO BAG (SIMILAR)

Hi ladies!  I took to Snapchat last night because I wasn't sure if I should share a huge photo round up of the entire trip to Italy in one post, or break it up into multiple posts per city.  I left it to a vote on Snap and multiple posts won by a landslide!  So thank you to everyone that voted with their screen shots, and that's what I will do.

First stop: Florence.

When we were planning our trip back in August, we had always said if we went back to Europe, we would do Spain or Greece.  However, when push came to shove, we kept going back to Italy, how much we loved it last time, and ultimately decided to go back and travel north this time, with the start our trip in our favourite city first.

O U T F I T  D E T A I L S  :  SWEATER (SIMILAR, LOVE THIS)  |  NECKLACE  |  DISTRESSED DENIM   |  PUMPS (LOVE THESE)  |  BAG (BUDGET FRIENDLY)  |  SUNGLASSES  |  FUR POM KEYCHAIN

I'm obsessed with bell sleeves and mock necks this year.  The bell sleeve trend has totally blown up (just scooped up this dress) and I'm fully on board.  Pair with your fave pair of distressed skinnies for date night, or dress it up with some slim fit trousers for work.

I tried on this budget friendly sweater last night and loved it--size up if you want a roomier fit like this one though, as I found it ran small.  I'm also sharing a ton of options after the jump because these sweaters are easy to wear, cozy and updates your outfit very easily.  For a more casual look, pair with some booties.

This weekend was low key.  And I know you're probably thinking, 'Yeah right, it's not like you sat around for seven + hours watching Netflix'...

Actually.
I.
Did.

Like I mentioned on Snapchat, I think after two weeks of travelling, we needed to just chill the heck out and recharge the batteries.  Which meant, starting The Walking Dead, because Marco has been trying to convince me for four years to watch it with him.  I finally gave in, even though he's fully up to speed, and am now completely hooked.  Oh.  Em.  Gee.  What was I thinking I wouldn't be into this show?!

That said, things around here were so uneventful thatI feel a little sorry for this weekend recap because there isn't much to share.  However, I'll do my best, with a few photos from the party we went to on Friday night, because other than that, there was a whole lot of nothing happening, and it was glorious.

Hope you had a great weekend--be it lazy or eventful--and with that, onto the snaps!

Happy Sunday ladies, how is your weekend?  I wanted to hop on here and share some outfits I've worn recently.  A lot of outfits in real life don't make the blog, so thought this could be a fun way to showcase them.

Today's outfits are looks I've been wearing this fall on the weekends--I love casual, easy style, with a mix of heels and flats.  Let me know what else you'd love to see on this space.  Have a great rest of your weekend!

While in Italy, we visited Bellagio, a little town up north, on Lake Como.  To say it was an amazing experience doesn't do it justice because the hotel and scenery were so unbelievably beautiful, you'd think it was out of a painting.

We stayed for two nights, and on our second night we spent it at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni--the only five star hotel in Bellagio.  The hotel is family owned and has been for generations.  Built as a private home in 1853, it was turned into a luxury hotel 20 years later, and regularly quoted as one of the best hotels in the world.  #ibelieveit

The day we arrived, it was beautiful, warm and sunny.  We took advantage by exploring the property and snapping some photos.  I'm so glad we did, because the following day, it rained all day long--however, considering it was the best hotel of our entire trip, not a bad way to hang out indoors (plus their Internet connection was amazing).
