Merry Christmas ladies!
Hope you are all having a wonderful day. We went out of town yesterday to spend the evening with Marco's family and then came back today to spend the afternoon and evening with my family. We just finished opening some gifts and are now anxiously awaiting turkey dinner--my favourite meal!
Hope you are able to spend the day with some people you love and getting to eat some of your yummy favourites. We have been getting into the Christmas spirit with tons of treats and family time. As an added bonus, it's 10 degrees Celsius and a green Christmas; normally we have at least a foot of snow! Not going to lie, I'm kind of loving the mild weather, although I know some are missing that white Christmas.
Thanks for always reading and sending warm holiday wishes to all of you.
Cheers! xo

Friday, golden hour. The sun is setting behind me, but it reflects off the buildings that we can see from the condo and casts the most gorgeous light.
Last week I was sick, and to be honest, I'm still fighting a terrible cold. The holiday season is something I love and get so excited for, but I definitely tend to bite off more than I can chew. Between social gatherings, hosting, shopping, Vlogmas, regular work, blogging and this year my condo closing, it's a lot, and my body is saying, slow down.
That said, I'm definitely feeling better, but it's still lingering. I tried not to do too much this weekend, but after laying in bed for three days, I was feeling pretty anxious to get out and be productive.
On Friday night, Marco surprised me by coming home with Indian take-out. We had tickets to see Star Wars and a birthday party to attend and I stayed home while he went out.
The Holiday season is upon us and I can't believe we're only a week out from Christmas!
Today I'm sharing my Holiday Lookbook video--my favourite video to put together each year! If you follow me on Facebook, you've already seen this but love to share it here as well. I've put together six, different outfits that will take you from holiday party, to Christmas dinner all the way through to New Years Eve and the countdown!
Hope you enjoy & as always, thanks for watching!
Happy Friday ladies! What are your plans for the weekend? I've been out for half the week with a terrible cold, so hopefully I'm finally starting to kick it. We are having friends over for a holiday dinner tomorrow night and Sunday will be a relax day. Hope you have a great weekend & here are some fun links from around the web...

I know I'm pretty behind on sharing this recap, but wanted to get it up anyway.
In November we helped Marco's mom get a new Christmas tree and spent a weekend with her. I decorated our feather tree with some ribbon--and dicovered it cannot hold any real ornaments--and bought a few more monogrammed ornaments for the real tree, because I'm obsessed.
My best friend had her second baby, and I was in the delivery room for the birth, which was one of the best experiences of my life. We attended the Booby Ball with a bunch of friends and I saw the Holiday results of the photoshoot I did back in August (video recap here), at Place d'Orleans.
I checked out the new Forever 21 Red store (and shared a huge haul video), shared an outfit with a cozy sweater and we hit up Tremblant for opening weekend. I got a new camera, did some shopping, we got our first snowfall and finally, hosted a fondue friends-giving dinner to round out the month.
