I'm rolling out all my vacation posts this week and next up, Instagram shots!
I know not everyone has Instagram so I wanted to share shots of my vacation I posted on there. If you already follow me (I'm @acoest1984), you can skip this post and come back tomorrow, but if not, here's a few things you may have missed.
Also, if you do have Instagram, you can find all these photos under our vacation hashtag #acomsppuntacana.

Love all the pics, the resort look gorgeous! Would you recommend it?
@Anon 1 & 2:
We stayed at the new Breathless resort in Punta Cana and it was amazing. Various sites categorize it between 4.5 - 5 stars. I would probably say 4.5 stars when compared to a 5 star in Mexico (but I just think Mexico is the bees knees ;)
I would absolutely recommend this resort; the food was fantastic, the beach is the best I've experienced in all my resort trips, the pools were fabulous (and HUGE), the rooms were beautiful and the staff were so kind, helpful, considerate and a pleasure to interact with.
There is full service on the beach and at the pools (ie. servers bringing you drinks, if you are feeling lazy ;), great entertainment at night (a cirque show, a western show, karaoke, live band, a beach party, etc. to name a few) and 8 restaurants + a coffee shop, swim up bars and a beach grill. You don't have to make reservations for the restaurants except the Japanese one (for Hibachi--where they cook in front of you). We never waited for a table and the menus were great.
The breakfast buffet runs until 11am and there is a ton of selection including three omelette stations, hot and cold selections, tons of fresh fruit, smoothies made in front of you, a cappucino/latte bar, fresh OJ, pastries and more.
There is a nice gym on the resort, tennis courts and various activities throughout the day on the hour, which are outlined in the daily newsletter that is delivered the night before during your turn-down service.
There are plenty of tv channels to choose from on the tv in your room, a private toilet & bidet area in the bathroom and a large, glass shower. Double sinks round out the large washroom.
You can pick up towels for the day at the pool area and at the beach area and no need to give a towel card. There are plenty of lounge chairs in both areas, as well as tiki umbrellas and shaded spots if you'd like.
The trip from the airport was about 45 minutes (quick!) and we were the third of three stops, which wasn't bad at all.
Hmmm any of questions? :)
Thanks A.Co, no I want to hop on a plane and go! Haha sounds like an amazing resort! :)
