Exciting news: I'm going to Vegas next month! Yipee!
I have been to Las Vegas once, so am somewhat familiar with the strip and a few cool things to do, but wanted to ask if any of you have any recommendations for this trip. I will have plenty of free time to do touristy things and want to make the most of my time there.
Things on the bucket list thus far include the NYNY roller coaster, Fremont Street, the pool at the hotel and possibly a Cirque show. Anything else I should see or tips?

Restaurant recommendation: Sugar Factory American Brasserie at the Paris hotel. It's fantastic.
I have seen the Beatles "Love" show and "La Reve" at the Wynn, which is not technically a Cirque show but is the same kind of thing; tons of acrobatics and gymnastics and all involving water - a lot like the Cirque show "O" but more affordable, and it's at the Wynn which is an unbelievably gorgeous hotel. Where are you staying?
For a fancy Dinner, Olives at the Bellagio is so amazing and if you like Beef Carpaccio in any way, you MUST order that!
You must go and see the Beatles show LOVE - I was just in vegas on May 6th for a global training conference and had a bit of downtime to enjoy the surroundings The Beatles show is a pleasant change - mainly b/c I have been to Vegas at least a dozen times and have seen most of the Circque shows already - but if you haven't def try one!
There is an amazing restaurant called Sage in the Aria hotel - very easy to get to from MGM or NYNY hotel- which is where I stayed. The roller coaster at NYNY is a must! Btw..if you are looking for a reasonably priced place for accommodations - some of my team stayed at the Tropicana - walkway across from NYNY and MGM - good prices, and there are two great Italian and Steak restos on the second level and a FANTASTIC outdoor pool area!
I had some other suggestions but you visited them already in your first Vegas trip with Sarah. i.e. freemont street, shopping areas, etc.
Have a blast in Sin City!
I LOVE Vegas! I would recommend going to Sprinkles cupcake (new to Vegas) and I believe they have one of their cupcake ATMs located there. The only other one is in Beverly Hills, CA.
Ra Sushi - if you love sushi they have an awesome happy hour and it is located at the Fashion Show Mall (if you haven't gone it is a huge mall across from the Wynn Hotel)
Serendipity for their Frozen Hot Chocolate and Truffle Mac & Cheese.
Cheap Gambling - Casino Royale next to the Venetian
have fun!
Thank you SO MUCH everyone !! These are AWESOME suggestions & much appreciated!!
Welcome to my neck of the woods...
I'd suggest:
Checking out the Linq, it's new and fun.
Seeing Recycled Percussion - cheap and fun
Going to the 3 story H&M at Caesars Forum Shops
Taking a Stripper 101 Class at Planet Hollywood (It's pole dancing...fully clothed lol)
Head to the Container Park when you are downtown.
Did you see all of the hotels when you were there previously? If you haven't been inside most of them, make sure you check out the Venetian, Palazzo, the Wynn, Paris, Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, Aria, and the Cosmopolitan. I know that's a long list but the lobbies of them all are so different, so ornate, and so impressive. There's just nothing like any of these hotels anywhere else; they're all just awesome.
most definitely go to the cosmopolitan...its the nicest hotel in Las Vegas.
I recommend also checking out a pool party
Dueling Pianos at Times Square NYNY is so fun! I had a blast there! Fremont Street is a must see... but don't try to walk there...we made that mistake! It's so far! Hakkasan at the MGM Grand is a new club, it's pretty intense if you like clubbing I would suggest going there! Tons of promoters looking to get you in for free so if you can score that its worth it! Also.. lots of pool time! Can't beat a good cocktail and the sun!
Have an amazing time!!!

Fun, I've always wanted to go to Vegas! Have a great trip
it's worth it to escape the Strip and go to the Grand Canyon - absolutely breath-taking.
Make a point of gambling in every casino, even it's just a nickle or dime in each one :)
Jersey Boys was a fantastic production.
Dancing on the glass balcony of Ghost Bar
Dualing Pianos were fantastic
Enjoy!
