One of my favourite things on the weekend is having a late, lazy breakfast. We both love waffles, so my fiancée will make the batter, and I'll cook 'em - that's the deal. This time, we added blueberries. It was extra good with mini blueberry explosions with each bite.

About four years ago, I scored big time on a couple bikinis from, surprisingly, La Senza. It was the first time they came out with a swim line and I was stoked. Since then, they have had no swimwear. Imagine my (delightful) surprise when I walked in there today to find (ah-ha!) a s|s 2010 swim line! This might have something to do with Victoria Secret recently buying the company - and I sure am glad they did. The stuff is gorgeous and the prices are super affordable. At $19.95/piece, it's hard not to buy each and every piece!
I, for one, resisted my urges to purchase many, and picked up one (hot pink) swimsuit with my gift card from AT (birthday gift)!

I cannot deny my love for black and white. Not only do I love them separately (white is my favourite colour), I love them together. You can't get much more classic than this and although this look is somewhat summer-y, I have to get my fix of wearing black before it gets too warm and I banish the black (well, not all of it...) till fall.

This is one of my favourite jackets - ever. When I bought it years ago, I never knew the love I would have for it would be so strong (haha) and carry on for many years to come. It definitely ranks in my top 3, and that in itself beats out many. I'm so excited I get to break it out sooner than usual this year!
I came home from my birthday festivities at my parent's house to the an awesome surprise! There on our front door, was an adorable stamped bag with ribbons & a tag, waiting for me. Inside was such a sweet card, home-made cookies and a gift card to one of my favourite stores from my good friend AT. Wow! I'm blown away, and feel so special. Thank you AT for the amazing & thoughtful birthday gifts!
