Something happened. While at the gym yesterday, I hurt my back lifting. Not exactly sure where I went wrong, but it's still hurting. Not good. Clearly, you cannot tell I'm in discomfort (here) as I'm getting my pose-on in these pictures, but rest assured, it's not fun. Fortunately, my sister insisted we go hot tubbing at our parent's house, which was exactly what I needed... and I'm sure an extra long weekend with rest and lots of chocolate should cure it... and perhaps be what the Doctor would prescribe.

For Christmas I received two amazing dresses from American Apparel that I was hoping for. One, the Cotton Spandex Jersey Double U-Neck Dress in Evergreen, and secondly, the Cotton Spandex Jersey Bandeau Pencil Dress in Navy. I'm obsessed with both these items and the Pencil Dress can be worn more than 10 different ways (including the skirt version you see above)! And at under $45 each, how's that for getting your money's worth!?
