hey sorry ive never tried zipper rosettes. i can imagine that it will be hard to flatten the zipper as u sew because the zipper teeth are quite stiff to bend, i prob think the wider the zipper, prob the easier to make rosettes. also maybe sewing closer to the zipper teeth might help! if ever i try it, ill let u know how i did it!
