FOREVER 21 JACKET - LAST YEAR (THIS YEAR/ALMOST IDENTICAL) | LONG SLEEVED TEE (ALSO HAVE IT IN GREY) | DIY RIPPED SKINNIES (SIMILAR) | ALDO BOOTS (SIMILAR) | DYNAMITE SCARF - LAST YEAR (SIMILAR)
Hi ladies! I'm back with another round up of camera roll outfits to share. Sometimes I look back through these and forget what I wore so this is a good reminder for an outfit in a pinch when you're trying to get out the door.
The look above I wore last night out shopping. The temperatures have dropped--we have snow as of yesterday morning!--so a warm but not-too-heavy jacket was imperative. I loved ripped skinnies and these ones stay up on my hips. This is definitely a evening/weekend go-to look for me, in all neutrals of course.
SMART SET SWEATER - OLD (SIMILAR) | CAMI | SIRENS DENIM - OLD (LOVE THESE) | PEEP-TOE BOOTIES - ON SALE! (LOVE THESE) | NECKLACE
These booties again--they are getting some major play this season. I have been wearing them non-stop during the day and out to run errands or with friends. The chunkier heel makes them easy to walk in, they are quite comfortable and they're now on sale (and come in black as well).
Still loving flared denim and I've worn these on the blog before. These are actually so long I was able to throw them in the dryer without worrying they'd shrink up. I think they are a 37" length so even with my highest boots on they are still dragging on a the floor a bit.
I love the look of a flowy top with flare denim, despite the pants having volume, the voluminous top can still work if it's chic. I like to tuck the front of my sweater into the jeans a bit, slightly off-centre (not really shown in this pic as the jacket made my sweater rise up and come untucked).
H&M SEQUIN PANTS (SIMILAR)
This is a photo from last year's post, 3 Ways to Wear Sequin Pants, which is great for the upcoming holidays. I never wore these pants last year but can't wait to rock them this year for the perfect occasion.
I'm loving sequin pants so much so that I have to refrain myself from buying every colour I see. Definitely not the most versatile pant, but really great if you're looking for a fun, festive look that isn't the typical holiday dress. Below are a few budget-friendly options if you're looking for some:
F21 JACKET - OLD (SIMILAR) | DYNAMITE LACE TOP - OLD (SIMILAR, BUDGET FRIENDLY) | DRESS PANT SKINNIES | LACE UP FLATS | BAG
This is a great look for work if you are in a business to business-casual environment. The lace is very feminine and the leopard adds some style. I love the pop of colour and details in the shoes, it's not too much but is also chicer than your usual flats. If flats feel too casual for your office, you could easily swap them out for a pair of red pumps instead.
