OMG! It's not pronounced E- li Golding it's pronounced Eh-li Golding. Please check your pronunciation of names and products. I love watching your videos but i think i have to say this cuz i am embarrassed for you. And also please stop using "retard" in your videos, just saying...
ReplyDeleteYou are cute. What music did you use for this video?
ReplyDeleteSo she uses the word "retard". It's not said in a way that is meant to be offensive. It's the same as swearing about a situation versus swearing at a person. Don't take the use of a word out of context.
ReplyDeleteI think Anonymous #1 forgot to read the rules to leaving a comment. I don't think it matters whether you pronounce a celebrity's name right or wrong. I think everyone understood who you were talking about. :)
ReplyDeleteI love watching your videos! My favorites are your vlogs but I loved this as well. And your pick up line was hilarious! :)
I shouted out DEXTER before you even answered! We're not done all the seasons yet on NetFlix. I don't want it to end :(
ReplyDeleteHaving a dishwasher is amazing. I've never had one before and it frees up so much TIME.
Jason Stathehammsksf (can't spell his last name) is super hot. I agree.
Fears: Snakes. Though I did see a few spiders in our new place and it made me shiver, shudder and shriek. I couldn't kill it fast enough and I didn't kill it the first 2 times I swatted at it with my belt Lol.
Can you say the title of the book you were talking about? I didn't want to rewind.
HAHAHA Is pie a flavour.
Love the music in the background!
Anon #3 - How can you defend someone using that word? It's not appropriate to use that word in any context. It's not the same as swearing at all.

ReplyDeleteTina - to equate the use of "retard" to "the N word" is a far stretch. Are you actually suggesting that ACo uses this word to directly target special needs individuals?! If you are so offended, I suggest you find other blogs that meet your needs.
ReplyDeleteThere are very few words that can be categorized as unusable. Those that are unusable are so because there is only one context that the word can be used in. That is the case of "the N word", it represents centuries of discrimination and abuse that could never be seen as anything but that.
The fact so many people cannot take words in context is saddening. I'm sorry that you see the world in such a way that you cannot understand. Not all individuals are filled with bad intentions, words can and do have many contextual variations that need to be considered before reacting.

It's being used in the wrong way. It's like using the word 'gay' to say you don't like something. Tina is not the one who made that video on Youtube obviously. Do some research. She's not the only one who thinks the use of the word is unacceptable.
ReplyDeleteI think it's fine to use. My mother uses gay to describe her happiness and my grandmother has always referred to her cigarettes as fags. None are meant in a mean way.
ReplyDeleteToo many people are offended by things that aren't offensive.
I've been reading your blog for years and love following along! You have a great mix of fashion, lifestyle, and video content.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting the TMI video!
Loved this video!!! Fun fun fun.
ReplyDeleteI didn't even catch where you used the "r" word...does that make me insensitive !? Eep. Don't worry about it some people just take things out of context and put a negative light on your world, move on. Haters gon hate.
Love your blog and your YouTube channel girl. Keep up the great work!
I didn't catch you saying the "r" word either. We know it did not come from a mean place to be offensive.
ReplyDeleteSo what does otp mean?
