These peanut butter cookies have kind of become 'my thing', especially around the office.
Since they are such a fan favourite and so easy (and gluten free!), I thought I would share the recipe (ahem, thank you Kraft).
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix ingredients with mixer. Form into little balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Enjoy!

That's it? lol...I gotta try these!
I have tried this recipe twice and love it, however, I had to bake my cookies for nearly 20 minutes - so I find the baking time really varies on what size you make the cookies and how chewy/crunchy you want them to be.
@Anon: Interesting! I def make these into small more 'bite-size' cookies, so that may be why my cooking time is so low. Plus I have a pretty old oven, and you know those things always heat more it seems :P (so unreliable!).
