Friday evening I took my bff for pedicures to celebrate her birthday.
Afterwards, her hubby treated us to dinner at The Keg
(such a sweet & generous gesture).
We ate like Kings and they brought her this amazing ice cream cake for her birthday dessert (wow!) which she shared.
Saturday morning I met up with my high school friend, Kate and her boyfriend.
We had a delicious brunch (yup, that's a breakfast burrito, folks).
Later that afternoon I met up with my two girlfriends
and we partook in some retail therapy.
Outfit deets: Dynamite top, Sirens shorts, Promise sandals & Zellers necklace.
That night, the three of us reconviened and went
out on the town for more birthday celebrations.
Saturday night outfit.
Outfit deets: Poetry top, Seduction shorts, Le Chateau booties & vintage (garage sale) clutch.
Sunday I lazed around all day and got together with a girlfriend later
that evening. We did some damage at Joe Fresh and then back to her
place where she made us some dinner.
On Monday I went to my parent's place for a family dinner and BBQ.
Couldn't resist snapping a pic of Peanut.
We had chicken, burgers, hot dogs and salads.
Sunday's outfit.
Outfit deets: Garage top, Max Studio maxi skirt & Payless sunnies.
My mom broke out the big guns with this chocolate Tuxedo cake.
And while this photo wasn't taken on the weekend, I had to share this snapshot from my bff's surprise birthday dinner last Wednesday (outfit post here). She's a hoot.
I think I HAVE to buy those shoes - I'm in love! Since they don't come in half sizes, do you mind sharing how they fit?
ReplyDeleteThe La Chateau wedge booties!
ReplyDelete@Nora: They fit true to size!! I am a 10 and the booties are a 10. At Aldo I always take an 11, everywhere else, a 10.
ReplyDeleteHope this helps :)
Thanks girl, they are super cute!
