The girls and I (seven of us) went to see Magic Mike on Friday night (entertaining movie!). Afterwards, we grabbed some beer & nachos on a patio.

After signing the paperwork & giving my deposit, here I am putting the 'Reserved' sticker on the floor plan for my new condo. Such an exciting day!

L.A. Express Earrings ($8)
I bought these earrings at Sirens on Friday night. I hated the white beads on them but seeing past that, I knew I could modify them. I love the idea of spike earrings, don't own any, and the price was right on these. I took them home, removed all the spikes and beads, and re-strung the spikes back on the hoops. Et voila! Much nicer.
Continuing with my Canada Day weekend recap, I wanted to share some cool snaps I took with my real camera including a zodiac ride with just us girls, beautiful scenery, the Canadian Coast Guard, neon pink toes (that we all, by fluke, showed up with) and millionaire mansions along the St. Lawrence river.

Continuing with my recap of last weekend, I spent Canada Day (July 1st) and the next day on a boat in the 1000 Islands. My friend Sheona's parent's have a boat (her dad built it 20 years ago) and we arrived in the morning and spent the day swimming, eating and relaxing.
That evening, there was a firework show across the river which we watched while roasting marshmellows. We slept on the boat and went cruising the next day and got to see all the million-dollar mansions along the water (I'll share those photos later).
