Have you ever had a red pear before? I hadn't until my sister gave me hers and it was delicious. I'm not sure how I'll go back to green/yellow. Unlike other pears, this kind is less grainy and smoother with a sweet taste. Yum.

Seriously? Im pretty sure they're more common than yellow pears. I always use them to make poached glazed pears - you should try it! Yum!
